In this tough market, and with such a life changing purchase, you really need to read the reviews clients are giving their real estate agents. With that said, this review is long overdue as this is the second time Rene assists us with a purchase of a home. Which actually, speaks well of him if we were willing to go through this grueling and excited process with him FOR THE SECOND TIME! My husband and I sold our first home in Norwalk to move to Whittier. We lost a few buyers for the Norwalk home along the way, as we were not willing to sell until we found a new house. We also lost a few homes in bidding wars, even though Rene sacrificed his portion of the commission, and were honestly highly discouraged a few times to continue searching for our “dream home”. After a numerous amount of showings for the Norwalk house (which was super annoying btw) and a 6 month house hunting endeavor, Rene made it happen! He sold the Norwalk house and closed on the Whittier home within days of each other. Rene is genuine, professional, available, persistent and swift. He always told us the truth regardless of the consequences; always replied to our texts and answered our calls immediately even when he knew we were frustrated; always had the valor to call us when he bared bad news and held our hand through the entire process.
